We enjoy what we do and truly believe every house should have an ASHI inspection when ownership is exchanged. We work solely for your best interest, giving you an accurate and objective analysis of your purchase. We normally find anywhere from six to twenty-four deficiencies on a property. Some major, some minor. We will discuss each item for your complete understanding and go over repair estimates and priority items. When finished, you’ll have all the ammunition you need to negotiate with and feel more at ease about your decision to go forward with your purchase.
